Join our dynamic team as a Senior Administrative Assistant supporting our Critical Care division!You will provide support to Providers and Advanced Practice Providers so they can continue to focus on our patients. You will coordinate meetings and events, order supplies, track data, full fill travel requests and much more!This position requires:
  • High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).
  • Five years of administrative experience. Strong preference for candidates with prior healthcare experience functioning in a similar role.
  • Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.
  • Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management.
  • Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
