Details: L.J Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Senior Administrative Assistant.
- Provide strong administrative support including scheduling meetings and conference rooms
- Update and maintain detailed management reports, spreadsheets, databases, and related systems to support oversight of the capital budget
- Generate and distribute budget reports to Senior managers and staff for their review and action
- Coordinate all staff moves
- Take detail notes/minutes at staff meetings
Job RequirementsDetails:
- Associates Degree or equivalent in Business, Liberal Arts or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and exercise discretion
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and team members
