Description This position provides senior level administrative support to the Global Market Development team and includes direct responsibilities for supporting a member of the Executive team and their corresponding committee. This is a non-exempt, full-time position based at our headquarters in Modesto, CA with a hybrid work schedule including work from home days as agreed upon with the manager. What you will be doing:
- Meeting Maestro-orchestrate meetings by setting the perfect dates, preparing engaging materials, recording minutes, and coordinating all the logistics like a pro
- Budget Wizardry-turn numbers into magic by tracking budgets, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and handling expense reports
- Calendar Conductor-keep everyone on track with your impeccable calendar management and scheduling skills
- Travel Guru-plan efficient travel, including transportation, lodging, meals, and detailed itineraries
- Department Dynamo-coordinate departmental information, oversee marketing materials inventory, and handle marketing shipments with flair
- Presentation Prodigy-create and refine stunning PowerPoint presentations, insightful reports, and eye-catching marketing materials
- Event Extraordinaire-provide logistical support for the annual ABC conference and other events
- Proposal Powerhouse-assist with requests for proposals, vendor evaluation, selection, and contract management, making sure we partner with the best
- File Fanatic-maintain and update files, including correspondence, contracts, and agency reports, keeping everything neat and tidy
- Relationship Builder-establish and maintain solid working relationships with committee members, fostering a collaborative and friendly atmosphere
Our ideal candidate requirements:
- An AA/AS degree in business administration or a related field, along with 5-7 years of experience providing high-level administrative and financial management support
