We accomplish this through: •Designing, organizing, monitoring, and evaluating an integrated curriculum •Supporting faculty, staff, and students in the process of teaching and learning •Fostering a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment for all in our community •Maintaining up-to-date accessible, and appropriate facilities and resources for education •Assessing learner/ programoutcomes through research and continuous quality improvement.Job SummarySupports senior level roles in a wide variety of complex administrative and office functions as well as specialized technical support for academic or administrative departments.Essential Functions The Senior Administrative Assistant will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Office of Accreditation and Continuous Quality Improvement and its staff. Will be responsible for problem solving and addressing complex and confidential situations. Will serve as the primary support for ACQI leadership, assist with administrative tasks and management detail, and make recommendations for various actions. This position will include, but not limited to Manage workflow of the Office of Accreditation and Continuous Quality Improvement-Manage the day-to-day operations of the office-Prepare budget, maintain expenses, and approve financial transactions-Assist in the coordination and development of administrative goals and priorities-Compile data and prepare a variety of complex reports, presentation, and other correspondence as well as review documents for accreditation and CQI efforts-Plan events and other activitiesServe as the primary support to ACQI leadership-Manage meetings, calendars, agendas, and other logistical operations-Prepare information and materials, and draft routine correspondence-Draw attention to important and/or time sensitive material-Coordinate travel and other arrangements-Address complex and confidential situations-Serve as ACQI communication specialist and act as liaison between internal and external stakeholdersPhysical Effort Operates computers and other office equipment, communicate effectively with management contacts, perform under pressure.
