Position Summary: As an AI Engineer specializing in Generative AI, you will be at the forefront of deploying cutting-edge GenAI, LLM models and document processing technologies to transform unstructured data into valuable insights. We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our team and lead efforts in extracting and structuring data from diverse sources such as PDFs, Word documents, Excel files, and images. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI models and algorithms to extract information from unstructured data sources (pdf documents, excel, images and videos
- Design and build pipelines to convert unstructured data into structured formats
- Collaborate with data scientists and other stakeholders to integrate solutions into existing systems
- Conduct data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation to prepare datasets for analysis
- Utilize natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques to enhance data extraction processes
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study required (e.g. Computer Science, Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, etc.)
- Certifications related to AI and machine learning required
- 5 years of experience in AI with 2 yrs in Generative AI field required
- Previous experience in deploying AI solutions within large enterprises required
- Experience with analysis and extraction of information using Azure or AWS or Google technologies required
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks required
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- CHAT GPT, Copilot
- Azure Form Recognizer, Azure Computer Vision, Azure Cognitive Services or related services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 required
- Strong work ethic and a sense of ownership of work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Insurance Industry is preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
