We are looking for an exceptional engineer to join our Boston-area power management team to develop the next generation of PMICs for the AI revolution.

Job description:

  • Seeking an analog/mixed-signal IC designer to develop integrated power management circuits.
  • Primary role is to develop advanced power converters for current and emerging applications including HPC, connectivity, IOT and ASICs.
  • Responsibilities include architecture, circuit design, design verification, working closely with layout, and supporting DVT teams with system evaluation and test plans.
  • Circuit design of analog/mixed-signal IPs including but not limit to: SMPS (Buck, Boost, Buck-boost, etc), LDOs, drivers, amplifiers, voltage references.
  • Opportunity to investigate new products/applications/technologies.

    • Requirements:

  • MSEE with 6+ years or PhD with 4+ years experience in integrated power IC design.
  • Strong knowledge of various DC-DC topologies, control loop design, power devices, and magnetic components.
  • Comprehensive simulation skills in Cadence environment.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and hands-on lab experience.
  • Understanding of device physics, device reliability analysis, and ESD/latch-up.
