Job Description As a Senior Analyst of Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and optimizing our data analytics landscape. This position offers significant opportunities for impact within the organization, as well as personal and technical growth. In this position, you will own, automate, visualize, analyze and extract value from behavioral site data, driving business value and guiding the user experience. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports using tools including Tableau, Looker, and ad-hoc Excel analyses to support business needs and strategic decision-making. Ensure they are user-friendly and provide easily extracted insights.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover actionable insights and trends, supporting various departments including Marketing, E-commerce, Technology and UX.
  • Quickly and directly respond to ad-hoc reporting requests using Excel, providing accurate and timely data to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the implementation and management of data tagging and tracking across digital platforms, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Regularly audit data systems and tagging implementations to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency. Partner with the Analytics team to rectify any discrepancies or issues.
  • Recurring Reporting: Manage and execute recurring reporting tasks, ensuring that automated reports are generated and delivered on time, and that the automation processes are functioning correctly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, UX, CRM, and Merchandising teams to ensure data needs are met and integrated into user experience enhancements.
  • Performance Metrics: Help define and track KPIs to measure the success of various initiatives and projects.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes and train team members on using Tableau, Looker, and Excel effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting processes and tools, staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

  • Proficient in Reporting Tools: Highly skilled in Tableau, Looker, and Excel, with a strong track record of creating effective reports and dashboards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • 5-8 years experience in digital analytics, or related data roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong foundation in Analytics Platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4), BI Tools (Tableau).
  • Basic SQL preferred.
  • Passion for working with data and a strong desire to develop technical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex and imperfect data sets.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to derive strategy and insights.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data and insights to team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
Location: New York, NY Working Mode: Hybrid Estimate Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 Base pay is one component of David Yurman's total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.
