Senior Analyst, Corporate Strategy & Finance - BRIXMOR EMPLOYMENT COMPANY, LLC : Job Details

Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Corporate Strategy & Finance to join our New York City-based team. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Strategy & Finance, this role is critical in supporting Brixmor's financial strategy, with a specific focus on managing and refining the firm's Corporate Model. As part of a cross-functional team, you will help lead the forecasting process, provide actionable financial insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making at the highest level of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the Corporate Model for the quarterly forecasting process and ongoing ad-hoc analysis for acquisitions, dispositions, capital transactions, and other strategic considerations
• Lead the quarterly forecasting process by working cross functionally with all Brixmor departments including Financial Asset Management, Accounting, Transactions, Investor Relations and Property Management, to aggregate information internally across systems and provide company-level forecasts
• Assist in the continued development of budgeting and financial forecasting tools and processes
• Analyze detailed financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial insights to CFO and Executive Management Team for decision making purposes
• Support Director of Corporate Strategy & Finance and CFO with ad-hoc analytical projects

Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• A minimum of one year of professional experience is required, preferably in investment banking, audit, transaction services and/or real estate
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel required, prior experience with financial modeling preferred
• Previous experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar database platforms a plus
• ARGUS knowledge a plus
• Intellectually curious and self-motivated, able to receive instruction and execute both individually and collaboratively
• Interested in the commercial real estate industry and the operational drivers of the business

The base salary range for this position has been established as $90,000-$100,000 PLUS participation in our annual cash bonus plan. This salary range represents the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
