Job Description

OMNIA Partners is seeking a technically skilled and results-driven Senior Analyst, Data & Insights to join our reporting and analytics team. This role is ideal for an experienced analyst with a background in business intelligence and analytics who thrives on transforming complex data into actionable insights and compelling visualizations using advanced Tableau techniques. You will play a critical role in advancing our data reporting capabilities, enabling data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Reporting Development: Develop and optimize reporting frameworks and data visualizations. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of reporting content across the organization, ensuring aligning with strategic goals.
  • Data Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources into a unified repository. Support the integration of sales, operations, and member program data for comprehensive analysis.
  • Performance Metrics: Design, implement, and refine performance metrics and KPIs to measure and improve business outcomes. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing reporting processes and automation. Identify opportunities for improvement and work to streamline data workflows to create actionable insights that support continuous improvement.
  • Advanced Reporting: Create and present detailed benchmark comparison reports using advanced analytical techniques. Leverage data visualization tools to communicate complex insights in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Project Management: Support the management of multiple reporting projects, using project management tools to ensure timely completion and quality. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
  • Technical Expertise: Use tools such as Tableau, Excel, and Salesforce to analyze and visualize data. Utilize SQL, R, or Python for more advanced data manipulation and reporting tasks.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate closely with team members and other stakeholders to share knowledge, best practices, and insights. Foster a collaborative, data-driven culture within the organization.

Qualifications and Characteristics for Success:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field required; advanced degree (MBA, MS) a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in data reporting and analytics, with a strong track record in business intelligence and performance reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Tableau (dashboard creation and management), Excel, and Salesforce. Strong experience with SQL, Snowflake, and familiarity with R or Python. Knowledge of data modeling is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Strong understanding of business metrics, financial analysis, and forecasting.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple data projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work well in a team environment, sharing insights and best practices with colleagues to support continuous learning and improvement.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering accurate and timely reporting.
