Position Summary: Senior Analyst, Office of CEO, will play an active role in planning and executing activities supporting the Chief of Staff to the CEO, overseeing both leadership team activities and supporting company-wide strategic projects, as well as managing board relations and governance.This role would encompass putting together and coordinating both internal and external CEO engagement activities (including analysis and research), leadership team and company-wide programming and employee engagement initiatives such as quarterly town halls, leadership team and senior off-sites, and other strategic company initiatives with broad exposure to all parts of the organization and senior level coordination.Additionally, this individual would play a large role in managing the production and delivery of board materials, as well as coordination of all board-related governance activities.Qualifications Required:
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills, especially for C-suite level constituents. Extremely strong organizational capabilities, detail oriented, self-motivated, and decision-making skills and able to work on multiple competing high-level priorities at once
  • Excellent project management and coordination abilities amongst many stakeholders including putting together actionable delivery dates, and working with all stakeholders to ensure high-quality outputs
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of professional experience.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Execute key responsibilities and tasks for CEO and COO, in addition to supporting Chief of Staff and broader senior management team across The Clearing House Drive initiatives in collaboration with Executive Leadership Team and CEO by conducting strategic analysis/executing projects/execution of follow-ups
  • Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of leadership and company-wide programming such as quarterly town halls, senior leadership team off-sites, and other engagement events and activities with leadership team
  • Support in day-to-day management for CEO office such as reviewing/preparing briefing memos, putting together talking points for internal/external speaking engagements, and coordination of engagement activities
  • Continuously improve overall business acumen and governance, operational, organizational, project/delivery, etc.
  • Support in the production process and delivery of board materials, deliver documents and presentations that are accurate and high quality and suitable for senior level distribution, manage governance software for the delivery of materials.
Physical demands and work environment: Work is generally sedentary in nature. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Travel may be required.Employees will report to the office two to three days each week. Onsite work requirements may change at any time.The anticipated annual salary range for NY-based candidates for this position is $100,000-$110,000. Base salary and position level will be determined by the role, experience, skill set and location. For eligible positions, discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded contingent on personal and company performance.
