Senior Applications Lead - undefined : Job Details

6-10 years experience in business/project management disciplines with focus on branding/marketing. BS degree required; MBA preferred Demonstrated success in planning and executing complex projects that required cross functional inputs and actions in order to achieve an exceptional outcome. Success defined by project completion that was completed within cost, schedule and technical constraints and one that met or exceeded customer expectations.Ensures the maintenance of expected operational and merchandising standards. Ensures staff maintains store presentation and supports brand consistency.Ensures the maintenance of expected operational and merchandising standards. Provides effective training to staff in the areas of customer service, product knowledge, inventory control and merchandising while offering developmental opportunities. Handles store level loss prevention issues.
