What You'll Do

As a Senior Architect, you'll be instrumental in driving restoration and forensic projects while helping grow the NYC office. Responsibilities include:

• Leading design development for façade evaluations, repairs, and restorations.
• Conducting inspections, documenting existing conditions, and preparing expert reports.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure successful delivery.
• Leading and mentoring a team of 2–4 professionals, fostering collaboration and development.
• Acting as a key liaison for clients and stakeholders, providing expert guidance and solutions.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect (RA) license; QEWI certification or ability to obtain within six months.
• 6+ years of experience in façade restoration or similar architectural projects.
• Proficiency in drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and a deep understanding of building codes.
• OSHA-30 and scaffold certifications are a plus.
