As a Senior Associate you will be responsible for providing integration and transformation support services to Eliassen clients in various industries, helping them embrace change. We are looking for passionate professionals who thrive on challenges and are eager to push the boundaries of what is possible.

Developing cutting edge business solutions

Creating user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex tasks

Help our clients automate, modernize and streamline their businesses for scalable growth

You will also be responsible for interacting with clients, integrating acquisitions, optimizing processes, the selection and rationalization of new systems, implementing and optimizing shared service centers (outsource and insource) and building centers of excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Help design and drive the implementation of a transformation strategy, including:
  • Process Design, Redesign, and Optimization
  • Process Automation and Performance Assessment
  • Creating and Managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Establishing Centers of Excellence (COEs)
  • Technology Strategy and System Selection/Implementation
  • Project Management
  • Data Mapping and Validation
  • Testing
  • Support company changes related to an acquisition or divestiture, including:
  • Integration and Synergies Strategy
  • System and Process Optimization
  • Transition Services Agreements (TSAs) Assessment
  • System Separation
  • Integration Management Office (IMO)/ Transition Management Office (TMO) activities
  • Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Client engagement
  • Project leadership
  • Risk management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Accounting, Computer Information Systems, Data Management, or Finance Major is preferred. MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 2 - 4 years of Big 4 and/or Professional Services experience in the areas of process optimization, project management, business analysis, organizational change management and integration.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Certifications, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other related process improvement, or technology professional certification is preferred
  • Experience with implementation & optimization of ERP and HRIS systems (SAP, Oracle ERP, NetSuite, Workday) preferred. Ability to build post implementation enhancements is a plus
  • Written and verbal communication of strategic opportunities and issues
  • Continued up-skilling on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies
  • Potential travel (national and/or international travel)
  • Support organizational development initiatives
  • Compensation: Competitive and will be covered during pre-screen process
  • Additional Qualifications, Not Required:
  • Programming skills (Python, R, SQL, Yaml)
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and other data analytics tools
  • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
