Saatva, the leading brand in the direct-to-consumer sleep industry, seeks an experienced and customer-centric Senior Associate to spearhead the development, management, and optimization of a comprehensive DTC Omni-channel promotions and pricing strategy and implementation. In this pivotal role, you will help define and implement Saatvas promotions and pricing activities across all sales channels. You will leverage your deep analytical skills and market insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, maintain competitiveness, and enhance profitability.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and deep understanding of Omni-channel B2C promotion and pricing dynamics. (e.g., DTC e-commerce and stores. This position is remote in Austin, Texas.
