The Senior Benefits Analyst, Leave Administration and Well-being, is a key member of the Saint-Gobain Total Rewards Team providing support to the Manager, Leave Administration and Well-being. This role will help drive Saint-Gobain's new holistic well-being experience for 19,000 US and Canadian employees through the management of a new online platform, data analytics and to monitor program performance, conduct process audits on the leave administration processes, and support the organization's Employee Value Proposition.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the project management effort to maintain the new well-being platform for US and Canada, ensuring a successful launch in 2025
- Engage key stakeholders and ensure all tasks are completed on time and key deadlines are met
- Support the well-bring platform after Go-Live, including providing relevant content and data to external vendors to deliver a positive and personalized employee experience
- Regularly update platform content to deliver relevant and timely information to employees.
- Conduct regular audits and end to end process reviews related to leave administration to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and plan documents and with federal, provincial, state, and local leave laws and company policies
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders including Human Resources and the Benefit Operations team to implement leave process improvements, improve communications, deliver relevant trainings and workshops to HR professionals (leave management, disability awareness, and accommodation process).
- Lead the development of leave KPIs to provide insights on where opportunities may exist and provide regular dashboard reporting updates. Deliver leave reports to various internal stakeholders to manage the effectiveness of company leave programs.
- Collaborate with Benefit Operations team to support well-being experience across US and Canada, including, but not limited to, mental health first aid certification program and a biometrics strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is preferred
- 5+ years benefit administration/HR experience is required
- Benefit or HR certification is preferred, but not required
- Extensive knowledge of leave administration, and well-being programs, company benefit rules, US and Canadian regulations, and procedures including federal, state, local and provincial regulations related to benefits, including, ERISA, HIPAA, PPACA and Section 125
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to create and manage KPI dashboards in Microsoft PowerPoints
- Proven ability to lead projects and effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to interact with employees across all levels of the organization
