We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Brand Manager, Yogurt to join our newly created marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that elevate Chobani's market position and drive growth. You will support the Sr. Director ProductMarketing, Yogurt in leading cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and engage consumers in meaningful ways. Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Development:
- Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company objectives and market trends.
- Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine positioning.
- Campaign Management:
- Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital, social media, and in-store promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and consumer feedback.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure brand initiatives are executed effectively.
- Work closely with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to enhance brand visibility.
- Drive initiatives that enhance consumer engagement and loyalty, leveraging digital platforms and community outreach.
- Identify and implement innovative ways to connect with consumers and build brand advocates.
- Manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Analyze financial performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed financial goals.
- Measurement and Analytics:
- Monitor brand performance and analyze relevant HHP and data in relation to brand performance.
- Lead agency partners to deliver plans, programs and executions.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the consumer goods or food & beverage industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Passion for health, wellness, and sustainable food practices.
