• Drive alignment between financial product strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring business objectives are met.
• Identify new opportunities, validate business cases, and define scope to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Analyze current workflows, document key processes, and work with teams to design and implement future-state models.
• Gather, refine, and prioritize business needs using various techniques to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Assess risks, make execution decisions, and maintain progress while mitigating potential obstacles.
• Ensure alignment from high-level objectives down to execution details, maintaining clear documentation.
• Lead stakeholder review sessions, track key metrics, and integrate feedback for continuous improvement.
• Prepare teams for operational changes, ensuring smooth transitions through documentation, communication, and training.
• Leverage agile principles, user-focused methodologies, and early-stage testing strategies to enhance project outcomes.

• 5+ years in a Product Owner or BA role within payments space in a bank, fintech, or financial services firm.
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT, Cross Border Payments, or US payment rails systems.
• Strong knowledge of FULL Payments lifecycle.
• PMP is a plus.
• Ability to test business capabilities and frameworks put in place by others across the bank.
• Proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
