Barnes Group Inc. - Barnes Aerospace has an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Developer with expertise in Infor Syteline ERP (CloudSuite Industrial). As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for software development, ensuring the ERP system and related applications operate seamlessly and meet business needs. This individual will also assist in local/global implementation, training, and support. Core Responsibilities: • Take part in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, from requirements gathering and design through coding, testing, and deployment. • Design and develop enhancements, reports, and custom solutions within the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP. •Support business systems for all Barnes Aerospace locations. • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems, ensuring timely implementation of fixes and participation in system upgrades. •Analyze business requirements and provide proposed documented solutions and alternatives to meet business and user needs. •Contact internal and external business, software and technical resources for reporting and follow-up resolution of related issues and opportunities. •Coordinate and work closely with Barnes Aerospace Leadership and IT staff to further business objectives and resolve issues. •Assist with operations, maintenance and administration of the business systems, including backups, batch processing, end-of-month and end-of-year processing, data population and support for software implementation/setups. •Recommend, draft and maintain business system user procedures, system documentation and standard work instructions to address Information Systems department and user support. •Document, test and implement business system solutions, enhancements and modifications. •Responsible for adhering to and maintaining Barnes Aerospace procedure documentation on programs and operations to be fully SOX 404 compliant. • Potential travel (25% to domestic and international locations). Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. •Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development and implementing solutions for Infor SyteLine ERP (SyteLine 9/10 preferred). • Expertise in integrating SyteLine ERP with third-party systems and custom applications. • Familiarity with FactoryTrack, DocTrak, and Bartender Label Printing software. • Strong understanding of API integrations and ecommerce solutions. • Proficiency in SQL, including stored procedures, database schema design, and SQL-based applications. • Hands-on experience with .NET framework, Visual Studio, and Mongoose platform. •Experience developing in MS SQL, Mongoose, C# and .NET and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) •Experience developing and maintaining IDOs, UET's, Event Workflows and code related to Syteline Systems. • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and basic accounting principles is a plus.
