Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the growth of BOMIE's Performance business segment, focusing on performance advertisers in the United States.
- Develop and sustain robust collaborations with direct clients and agencies, managing essential relationships with both agency partners and direct clients in the U.S. market.
- Aim to meet and exceed realistic quarterly sales targets in line with the overall sales strategy set by regional leadership.
- Work closely with customer success managers to ensure the successful delivery of services.
- Efficiently navigate a fast-paced work environment, focusing on achieving results.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to cultivate and expand account relationships.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the U.S. market is a plus.
- Experience: 2-3 years in performance digital marketing, with a solid network and established relationships with digital-first clients, preferably in the U.S.
- Ability to work effectively and swiftly in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working with multiple internal teams to drive account growth and success.
