Available Shifts: Thurs/Fri 3p-11p, Sat 11a-5p, Fri/Sat 11p-7a

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will deliver personalized care that helps clients maintain their independence and comfort at home. We offer flexible shifts ranging from 2 to 12 hours, giving you the ability to choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, individualized attention to support clients' physical and emotional well-being.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety through proper techniques.
• Follow clients' care plans and communicate any changes or needs to the care team.
• Assist with activities of daily living including grooming, bathing, oral care, feeding, and toileting.
• Provide medication reminders for self-administered medications.
• Ensure clients' comfort, dignity, and privacy are upheld through respectful interactions.
• Engage effectively with clients' family members and visitors.
• Perform light housekeeping duties as needed to maintain a clean living environment.
• Dementia experience is beneficial for this role.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months caregiving experience preferred, with Parkinson's experience required.
• Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI background check.
• Must be able to obtain a negative TB test.
• Pass a comprehensive drug screening.
• Willingness to use your smartphone for tracking work hours and documenting care.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
