Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
  • Prepare and clean up meals
  • Assist with personal hygiene including bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
  • Manage pet care
  • Transport clients to appointments and assist with errands and shopping

Our Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours each week
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Possess a reliable vehicle, valid auto insurance, and driver's license
  • Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations
  • Willingness to travel within 25 miles of clients' homes in St Clair/Monroe County, IL
  • Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Competence in using basic technology (mobile apps) for documenting client-related tasks
