• No experience or medical skills necessary.
• Flexible scheduling: a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week and one weekend per month.
• Receive comprehensive skills training from Home Instead.
• Part-time and full-time hours available across multiple counties (Franklin, Grand Isle, Chittenden, Addison, and Lamoille).
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Weekend shifts offer a bonus of $2.00 more per hour.
• Candidates must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including background checks, DMV checks, drug screenings, and reference verification.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing companionship and engaging in conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Medication reminders and assistance with appointments.
• Helping clients with grooming and bathing (personal care).
• Assisting with toileting and incontinence management.
• Specialized care for clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, and in hospice situations.
