This role offers a unique chance to elevate campus dining through creative and high-quality catering solutions.As the Senior Catering Director, you'll oversee all aspects of catering operations, from day-to-day activities to extraordinary event concepts. Youll ensure each event meets impeccable quality standards and exceeds client expectations, all while mentoring and inspiring a talented catering team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance catering operations and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage all aspects of catering functions, including labor and food cost control, event setup, and seamless execution.
  • Build strong client relationships and foster customer loyalty through outstanding service.
  • Lead, train, and schedule the catering team, focusing on professional development, service excellence, and creativity in menu presentation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • AS degree preferred
  • Three to five years of foodservice management experience preferred
  • High volume catering experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work at times with minimal supervision, and accomplish tasks without direct instruction, and problem solve for the best solutions
