This position can be remote within the United States. However, we can't hire candidates based in the following locations: Delaware, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, West Virginia, Virginia, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania. About Team We are a dedicated team responsible for architecting and maintaining our organization's cloud network and the physical infrastructure of our data center, ensuring general connectivity and implementing logical extensions into various services. Additionally, we develop and support automated systems that seamlessly integrate all traffic components for efficient web routing. Skills and Expertise we seek
  • Advanced cloud platform proficiency and strong experience with infrastructure-as-code, with emphasis on Terraform and Go.
  • Solid understanding of multi-account and multi-region network topology and routing.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS network services like Virtual Private Cloud, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route 53, WAF/Shield and CloudFront.
  • Familiarity with IPAM for automation and effective network management.
  • Skilled in Linux systems, managing software load balancers, and reverse proxies such as HAProxy or Envoy.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration and CI/CD systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team distributed across multiple time-zones.
  • Preparedness for participation in an on-call rotation schedule.
Bonus - good to haves
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as Cloud Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, or other cloud and network-related.
  • Experience with bare-metal servers, switches and routers, metal-as-a-service systems, data center environments and configuration management frameworks.

The salary range for this role is $112,382-185,744 annually. The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, internal equity, and location.
