This position is located within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A), Collection Management Division (CMD), Requirements Management Branch (RMB).Specialized Experience: To qualify for a GS-14 position, the candidate must possess at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent at the GS-13 level in the Federal service, or comparable experience not gained through federal service. Candidates must possess certain knowledge, skills, abilities, or other characteristics to successfully perform the functions of this position.Experience or understanding of personnel management responsibilities, including managing time and workload of self and team members, resolving complaints, identifying opportunities for employee recognition, and providing or arranging for training (formal and on-the-job) to maintain and improve employee job performance.Technical knowledge in collection requirements management, collection operations management, and GEOINT exploitation.Experience in planning, managing, and directing engagements with a wide range of customers and stakeholders to build relationships that will enable the accomplishment of branch-, division-, and departmental-level objectives.Obtaining cooperation and support to resolve policy and programmatic issues among stakeholders within and outside the Department, including other Federal organizations, state and local government officials, external groups, and key government and Private Sector individuals.Preparing and reviewing substantive correspondence and executive-level documents; editing for accuracy, responsiveness, acceptable tone, grammar, style, procedural requirements, and compliance with policies.Identifying and properly addressing issues or areas of concern that could impede timely and quality responses to tasks.#J-18808-Ljbffr
