Senior Collections Analyst - Experis : Job Details

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Collections Analyst, you will be part of the collections department supporting key account management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellentcustomer service abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Collections Analyst

Location: Hybrid - Downers Grove, IL (in office 6 times a month)

Pay Range: $24-30/hr.

Job Type: Full Time, 6-month contract with the potential to convert to FTE

What's the Job?

• Initiate collection calls to customers and manage collection plans.
• Identify issues contributing to account delinquency and recommend solutions.
• Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
• Make recommendations to management regarding customers to be placed on hold or sent to collection.
• Review credit limits for new and existing accounts.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in a collections role in a commercial/B2B environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel at an Intermediate level or above (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Experience with MS D365 or similar ERP accounting applications.
• Knowledgeable in AP processing with prior experience.
• Ability to source process improvements and manage workflows effectively.
