• Handle complex commercial litigation matters from initiation to trial, including case strategy development, discovery management, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Actively participate in business development activities, including networking, client relationship management, and marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10-20 years of experience practicing commercial litigation in New York
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Strong understanding of New York commercial law and procedure.
