Senior Community Manager - LHH : Job Details

LHH has partnered with a longtime client located south of Seattle in search of a Senior Community Manager. Join this dynamic team as a Senior Community Manager where you will lead and oversee the operations of the properties. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of resident satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and driving financial performance. What you will do:

• Oversee day to day operations of the properties.
• Marketing and leasing which includes showings, applications/applicant screenings, proper move-in paperwork and agreements, background checks and communication with residents.
• Working with residents, maintenance and other staff to ensure smooth operations on all properties.
• Perform regular property inspections.
• Financial reporting which including collecting rent, deposits, logging late charges, budgeting, inventory and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.

What you need:

• 5+ YOE in Community Management with 200 units or more.
• 2+ YOE in multiple properties in management position equivalent.
• 2+ YOE in managing a team.
• Must have 3+ years of RECENT experience in Tax Credit, HUD and/or affordable housing.
• Experience in budgeting, financials, marketing and customer service/resident relations.
• Valid Driver's License and insurance required.
