Senior Community Manager
We are looking for a community builder who is passionate about leading the next phase of the Culture First Community and driving our mission to create a better world of work. You should be a brand advocate, with a focus on growing our thought leadership-led community, driving connections, and creating a container for collaboration. This individual will be responsible for leading our digital community strategy and experience. Our mission is to create stunning world-class programs and content that inspires our community to put culture first. They will manage multiple channels - bringing together the largest community of people and culture leaders in the world to learn, grow and take action.
We're searching for a versatile and hands-on senior community manager to join our team to focus on curating our digital forums and creating a collaborative environment for our members to feel supported. We're searching for an organized, creative, and energetic individual to lead breathtaking experiences that build on the culture first reputation established over the last 3 years. The ideal candidate has prior experience in leading and growing a global community - understanding the strong need for locally relevant content and activations.
This is an opportunity for an experienced community manager to take the culture-first community to new highs, be the voice of our virtual community, and be part of a fast-growing Marketing team. This role will also help lay the foundation for our next generation global, scalable, B2B Community platform including engagement in platform selection, building, migration, launch, and growth.
