A newly created opportunity has arisen within the expanding compliance team of a technology and business intelligence portfolio company.

About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate closely with technology and product development teams, providing expert guidance on a wide range of compliance matters. These include data ethics, privacy, regulatory issues, and governance. You will also offer advice on due diligence and the onboarding process as part of product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on compliance issues related to data ethics, privacy, regulations, and governance.
• Offer insights on due diligence and onboarding in relation to product development.
• Work closely with technology and product development teams to ensure compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in compliance and/or technology.
• Expertise in tech product diligence and/or implementation.
• Experience in onboarding new users for technology-driven products.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience with a SaaS provider.
• Knowledge of finance and/or data-based products.

Pay range and compensation package - Salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 plus discretionary bonus of up to 15%

Location - New York, or remote in other parts of the US
