Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects remotely. This role is ideal for someone based in Texas with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and ensure all projects adhere to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects remotely, from pre-construction to project closeout.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project milestones.
• Ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor compliance with building codes, regulations, and company policies.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to support project success.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
• Strong knowledge of Texas construction codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
