I am partnered with a recognized leader in the education sector. To support their continued growth and drive strategic initiatives, they are seeking a results-driven Senior Consultant, Business Analytics to provide key insights and data-driven recommendations.

The Role: Senior Consultant, Business Analytics

In this high-impact role, reporting to the Head of Business Development & Analytics and collaborating with the Strategy team, you will analyze data trends, evaluate business drivers, and help shape organizational strategy. Your work will be pivotal in influencing decisions at the highest levels, with exposure to senior leadership, including the CEO.

Your Skills & Experience:

• 10-12+ years in data/business analytics, with a focus on translating data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Proven track record of working with senior executives to inform strategic decision-making.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to dive deep into data to uncover valuable insights.
• Proficient in SQL for querying data and analyzing complex datasets (not responsible for building data infrastructure).
• Strong background in corporate development, business strategy, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.
• Educational background from top-tier institutions with experience in high-performing organizations.
• Preferred: Experience in financial services or banking.
