The Role

As a Senior Consultant - Business Analytics, you'll be a key player in shaping strategy and decision-making at the highest levels. Working closely with senior executives, including the CEO, you'll dive deep into data trends, challenge assumptions, and deliver insights that inform critical business initiatives. This is a role for someone who thrives on intellectual curiosity and enjoys turning analytics into meaningful action.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze dashboards and data models to uncover trends, question assumptions, and deliver actionable insights that deepen business understanding.
• Work with data scientists and infrastructure teams to refine advanced models and extract meaningful, strategic insights.
• Investigate key business drivers, such as customer and employee attrition, and assess impacts of factors like staff tenure or leadership changes.
• Engage with executives to shape strategies, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks using data-driven recommendations.
• Leverage analytics expertise to influence corporate development and strategic initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (MS or MBA) strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience translating data into actionable insights and strategic business solutions.
• Leadership experience in data analysis or business analytics, with a demonstrated ability to influence business strategy.
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for questioning assumptions to uncover deeper business insights.
• Proficient in SQL for querying and analyzing data (no infrastructure responsibilities).
• Skilled in presenting complex data insights to non-technical senior leaders.
• Familiarity with financial services, banking, or corporate strategy roles is a plus.
