The Role

Our Utilities Consulting group is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our journey.

We're looking forSenior Consultantwho can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development,&5) People Development. As aSenior Consultant(which is aManagerlevel position) this means partnering with clients and project stakeholders, colleagues. Responsibilities

Ideal candidate would be leading Consulting teams who will be responsible for: We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Business Analyst with about 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven strong business analysis and process modelling skills. This role is expected to actively work with an Energy Utility client stakeholders to apply best practices from business analysis domain. Lead and carry out all business analysis activities such as understanding project scope and requirements, tracking the requirements development and delivery, business process flows review and analysis, coordination with external vendor and internal teams, track, and present metrics to internal stakeholders. Experience in Time and Attendance software implementation is a plus. Proficiency in English is a must.

Qualifications

·Energy Utility Industry domain knowledge.

·Understand the current business processes, systems, integrations, dataflows and identify pain points.

·Proven experience inrequirements gathering, development of business requirementsdocuments (BRD) and functional requirements documents (FRD).

·Possess strong experience in business analysis and stakeholder management.

·Conduct workshops with client stakeholders to gather key information.

·Analyze and Document current state As-Is business processes.

·Perform Gap analysis and Identify gaps in As-Is business processes.

·Provide process improvement recommendations to bridge the gaps.

·Define future state business processes and develop To-Be Processes usingBPMN 2.0Standards.

·Identify Key Performance indicators (KPIs) for business processes.

·Track KPIs and report status to Business Users as needed.

·Collaborate with other Cognizant internal and external vendor teams.

Desired Skillset:

·UtilitiesIndustry knowledge is mandatory

·Process Modelling&Analysis

·Business Analysis

·Familiarity withBPMN 2.0Standards is a plus

Required Education:Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Masters degree strongly preferred

Work Authorization:Must be legally authorized to work in US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between$81,450.00– $129,500.00depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
