Offer Based on Years of Experience What You Need to Know The Senior Contract Analyst will interface and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers, to negotiate and provide administration of service/supply contracts, ensuring that stakeholders are informed/aware of key contract terms and conditions; maintain and facilitate proactive planning and contract management meetings with key stakeholders. This role will be responsible for consolidating the supply base, driving and coordinating contract review, as well as negotiating and administering company procurement and services contracts. - 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Sourcing experience a plusFamiliarity with complex policies and legal language and ability to effectively communicate to internal parties
- Negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships
- Strong human relations skills and ability to effectively communicate (orally and written) with managers, internal clients, vendors, colleagues and support staff
- Demonstrates proactivity and takes ownership of daily responsibilities and projects
