RECRUITER
Term - 6mth (extensions likely)
Hybrid - 3days onsite
Seeking a full cycle recruiter to support from intake calls with hiring managers, sourcing, screening and then through to development and extending of offers.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Partner with your client groups to source and attract candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Provide strategic, full cycle recruiting support to hiring leaders, including providing candidate market data insights, feedback, and hiring recommendations.
- Using LinkedIn Recruiter, identify and source passive candidates for a wide variety of skill sets.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders, HRBPs, and Total Rewards to develop job descriptions and showcase the position as well as benefits of the organization.
- Provide offer management support, including offer development, extending offers, and negotiating and closing candidates for contract and full-time opportunities.
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree plus at least 5yrs of inhouse / corporate recruiting experience
- Min. 2yrs of recruiting within biotech and pharmaceutical is required.
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS highly preferred.
