Description:
Our client is seeking a Senior Data/BI Analyst who excels in identifying trends and patterns from CRMs and other data sources involving Marketing.
The candidate should have a passion for data and supplying the internal customers with valuable insights. The candidate should know and love working with various tools (Salesforce SOQL, Excel, and Python), write excellent SQL and scripts, and use technical skills and creative approaches to solve unique problems.
Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth analysis and qualitatively explain findings to leadership
Create dashboards and analysis for internal stakeholders
Build dynamic and rich dashboards using out-of-box features, customizations, and visualizations
Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence direction of the business by effectively communicating findings
Establish strong, supportive, effective, and value-added relationship with cross-functional internal stakeholders
Requirements:
Five to ten years' experience in a business intelligence / marketing analytics role.
Proficiency in writing SQL (MS SQL Server) and SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) and working with large data sets.
Experience developing dashboards using business intelligence or reporting tools such as Tableau or MicroStrategy.
Understanding of Demand Side Platforms, GoogleAds, Analytics, Programmatic Advertisement, Paid Social.
Strong expertise utilizing advanced functions in spreadsheet (Excel), data extraction (query) software.
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be able to communicate ideas effectively and concisely to all levels of Management.
Must be able to critically evaluate business problems/requirements and translate into analytical exercises.
Ability to identify actionable insights from transactional data.
