Senior Designer - T&Pm : Job Details

The Role We are looking for a Senior Designer to work as part of an embed agency focusing on, delivering designs across social, digital and print channels for multiple brands. The candidate must have a good understanding of design principles, composition skills and an understanding of typesetting. Key Responsibilities

• Design visually stunning communications and assets across digital and social media platforms
• Working to a brief and being able to take feedback from the client to re-design assets
• Maintaining brand and visual consistency across platforms and across campaign
• Advising on how use of motion design and animation can add value to a campaign
• Develop client presentations
• An interesting in relevant developments in tools and techniques, particularly motion and AI

Skills and Experience

• 4+ years experience
• Experience designing well-crafted visual comms for digital spaces, adopting best practice, and general experience across channels such as digital, social and print
• Great comprehension skills, written & verbal, when it comes interpreting campaigns for execution
• Able to work to briefs and work across multiple projects at the same time
• Solid Mac skills across Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and presentation software
• Knowledge of motion design is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Interested in keeping up to date with innovation in the design and digital space

The pay range for this role is $100,000-$135,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Salary is subject to change based on factors such as geographic location and cost of living in location of hire. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
