Role: Senior Designer

Type: Full-time direct hire, on-site

Location: New York, New York

Salary: $110k-$130k/year DOE (benefits + bonuses)

Our client, a leading sports agency representing top talent, is hiring a full-time Sr Designer. The primary responsibility of this position is to conceptualize, design, and produce sponsorship proposals and sales collateral, with a focus on collaborating with the Properties team on major brand partnership opportunities across the sports and entertainment landscape.

This person must have a strong interest in sports and the desire to grow within the company.

Education & Experience

• Design related degree and 8+ years of professional experience in creative production.
• 360 marketing campaign experience.
• Previous experience in the sports and/or entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

• Design sponsorship sales materials that create a compelling narrative for brands considering marquee partnership opportunies
• Lead design teams and work alongside stakeholders
• Aggregate industry trends and new creative technologies that are relevant
• Work collaboratively within the marketing solutions team to manage a pipeline of creative requests
• Work with Creative to deliver high-touch creative solutions and design concepts across all divisions
• Demonstrate a solutions-driven mentality, with the ability to navigate feedback from internal and external parties with poise
• Maintain clear communication and diplomacy under tight timelines

Technical Skills

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Google Slides
