We are seeking a Senior Designer to join a leading wholesale gift and consumer goods company. The Senior Designer will envision, design, and create art for a variety of products and packaging, including catalog items and custom designs for key accounts. This role is perfect for an innovative and detail-oriented professional, passionate about delivering exceptional products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design team, including employees and freelancers.
• Oversee projects from concept to production, applying design, color, and market trends to products.
• Create lifelike product renderings in Photoshop and design for print media.
• Develop accurate print-ready files, proof production stages, and ensure color/material accuracy.
• Write design specifications, proof products, and organize digital files efficiently.
• Collaborate on marketing content, website, catalogs, and PR materials.
• Prepare product presentations in InDesign with visuals and detailed information.
• Balance multiple projects, meeting deadlines while adapting to evolving priorities.

Qualifications

• BA or BFA in Graphic Design or related graphic arts field and/or 3+ years of design experience preferably in gift industry or related field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge of layout and excellent typography skills.
