Tarantino Properties has a client that is seeking a Senior Development Manager in Houston, TX.

A vertically-integrated real estate holding company specialized in: Development, Acquisition, Construction & Asset Management is growing and looking to add to their team.

The Senior Development Manager will oversee the development process of their project from property acquisition through the commencement of construction. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in single family development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate development, architecture, urban planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing single family development projects
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
• Strong financial understanding, including experience with project budgeting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. MS Office, Project, Smartsheet, Yardi, or similar).
