Reports to: Manager of Operations
Responsible for strategic thinking, planning, executing, overseeing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns and paid advertising for COACT and our clients.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Works with teams to outline and plan digital marketing campaigns throughout the year.
- Ability to adapt and pivot campaigns due to data review and strategic learning.
- Experience with industry-leading marketing platforms such as Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, VBOUT.
- Executes market-facing touchpoints to various segmented audiences
- Works closely with the Account Executives to review overall content strategy for digital campaigns.
Client Campaign Leadership
- Client facing Account Executive for a portfolio of clients.
- Formulates, oversees, helps implement and deliver all elements of assigned client projects.
- Manages and consults with assigned clients on marketing and sales related projects.
- Plans and manages project schedules related to assigned client activities.
SEO / SEM
- Provides detailed insights into keyword research and content strategy for SEO campaigns and implements that research into deliverables that support our client's SEO goals.
- Creates long-term strategy for search engine optimization and day-to-day deliverables that support our identified goals.
Content Creation
- Author, edit, and proofread written copy for content marketing activities related to each client's business growth campaign.
- Includes website copy, online ad placements, email, social media, print, and direct mail.
- Optimize content using relevant keywords and other strategies to achieve SEO goals.
Digital advertising strategy, execution, and reporting
- Creates, places, oversees, and analyzes strategic paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram ads.
- Monitors bidding and competitors to ensure effective budget spend.
- Creates a testing environment for continuous learning by leveraging methodologies like A/B testing on email subject lines, ads messaging, and landing pages.
- Develops and maintains appropriate digital marketing and paid search processes.
- Ensures tracking, reporting, and conversion goals are installed and performing to desired rate.
- Creates and manages reports that are shared with the team and clients. Clearly communicates results with clients and makes recommendations through analyzing digital advertising data.
Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
- Proven experience with strategic paid advertising and digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience writing copy, developing content, editing, and proofing with a keyword strategy in mind.
- Experience in data analytics and reporting on results of SEO and digital advertising campaigns.
- Impeccable writing and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of general computer hardware and software applications and excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.)
- A self-starter with a high level of energy and motivation, and able to learn and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Highly developed planning, organizing, and time management skills with attention to detail, quality, and timeliness.
Education and Experience Requirements
- This position requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Data Analysis, Media Management, or related field, and a minimum of 3 years related experience. A graduate degree in a related field is desirable.
