Job SummarySenior Director - IFM Solutions DevelopmentWe are seeking an innovative and results-oriented Senior Director of IFM Solution Development to lead the creation of operational and cost-effective facilities management solutions tailored to meet the objectives of our clients. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, from renewing and expanding existing business to developing multiple large-scale, multi-service proposals simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, client-facing leader who will spearhead the solutioning process by collaborating with sales, subject matter experts, operational leaders, and executive leadership to deliver compelling proposals that drive ESFMs ambitious growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in related fields* 10+ years of solution development and process * Understanding and expertise in Facility Management structures and operations. * Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word expertise is required
The ideal candidate possesses strong project management and prioritization skills, excellent attention to detail, and strategic approach and judgment in decision-making. They will serve as a dynamic utility player that proactively fills gaps in the process and addresses issues before they become problems. Client-facing presentation and conversational skills are a must.
Remote - Anticipated Travel is at least 50%
