Collaborates with the Senior Associate Dean in the overall administration of the schools clinical affairs n order to assure high standards for the school. Attends administrative meetings and other committees of the school as required/needed. Is cognizant of the philosophy, mission, standards, program outcomes, objectives and policies of Phillips School of Nursing. Responsibilities A. Academic Leadership Collaborates with Senior Associate Dean to select appropriate personnel. Prepares the academic advisement list. Participates as a key member of the NCLEX readiness process. Supervises subordinate staff utilizing the input of students and peers. Manages multiple priorities and acts as a change agent and leader of innovation. Develops and implements action plans, responds to programs needs and meets deadlines. Prepares the academic calendar in a timely manner. Maintains a workload of 18 credits an academic year.
