Together, we accomplish great things.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Develop and execute the digital ecommerce technology strategy. This strategy includes developing multi-year ecommerce technology roadmaps which address the budgeting for ecommerce platforms, consider industry best practices as well as align to business objectives/roadmaps.Own the planning, implementation, and integration of ecommerce platforms, projects, and applications in partnership with other cross-functional teams.Lead the digital experience to adaptability, scalability, reliability, sustainability, and security of the ecommerce technology infrastructure.Lead collaboration with the cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to define, design, and implement ecommerce technical solutions which support business requirements and improve operational efficiency.Leverage market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and competitive advantage in the ecommerce space.Manage vendor relationships involving contract negotiations, high-quality service delivery, and issue resolution.Manage and align the team resources to the right priorities as well as advocate with leadership to defend team capacity with relevant supporting data. Additionally, provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of technology professionals, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.A Successful Candidate will possess: Experience with Agile methodology including Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban as well as the software development life cycle within the context of digital transformation.Experience in managing complex high-stakes projects at a global level as well as delivering results in a timely and efficient manner.Strong understanding of ecommerce, CRM, order management, fulfillment, and touchpoints with supply chainExcellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, coaching, and servant leadership skillsAbility to travel 20%. Travel will primarily be domestic but may occasionally be international.The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering or IT related field, or equivalent level of experience required.15+ years of experience in digital eCommerce technology leadership roles managing teams and a minimum of $500M in revenue through eCommerce.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning in AWS or GCP.Digital ecommerce transformation experience in genomics, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or academic and commercial research (e.g., Life Science industry, etc.).Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.At IDT we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
