Talent Strategy and Workforce Planning: Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent aligned with business growth objectives.
Labor Relations and Compliance: Oversee labor relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a productive relationship with unions or worker representatives, if applicable.
Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership development programs to build a high-performing workforce.
HR Process Optimization: Streamline HR operations by improving processes related to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
