• Talent Strategy and Workforce Planning: Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent aligned with business growth objectives.
• Labor Relations and Compliance: Oversee labor relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a productive relationship with unions or worker representatives, if applicable.
• Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership development programs to build a high-performing workforce.
• HR Process Optimization: Streamline HR operations by improving processes related to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
• Change Management: Act as a strategic partner in driving change initiatives, supporting leadership in managing organizational transformations, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

• 15+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting
• The ability to be on-site full-time in West Virginia with 25% of travel - RELOCATED ASSISTANCE PROVIDED
• Strategic HR experience
• Must have experience managing a large team (4+ direct reports)
• Must have experience partnering with C-Suite / VP-level leadership on strategic business initiaties
