About the Role: We are looking for a highly strategic and dynamic leader to spearhead key partnerships, shape our M&A strategy, and manage relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and System Integrators (SIs). In this high-visibility role, you will be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams, driving technology and commercial opportunities, and developing impactful strategies that fuel global revenue growth. The ideal candidate will excel in collaboration, influence, and execution, ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives that enhance Optimove's brand and pipeline. The role is based in our New York office, and the candidate should be able to commute to our office 3x a week. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and shape our partner program, ensuring cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders to drive success.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy that leverages both market insights and internal resources to enhance collaboration and growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new technology and commercial opportunities, creating compelling business cases to justify strategic investments.
- Serve as a key enabler for sales, marketing, product management, and other internal teams, fostering a unified approach to achieving revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with our internal development team to understand partners' technical requirements and help steer product innovation and joint solutions.
- Architect and execute a partnership and integration strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives substantial pipeline growth.
- Deep familiarity with CRM, CDP, Email (ESP), MarTech, and the marketing cloud landscape is a strong advantage.
- Travel up to 25% to foster and maintain key strategic partnerships and represent Optimove at industry events and conferences, amplifying the brand's presence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years in a senior partnership role (Director level or higher), with a proven track record of managing ISVs and SIs.
- Demonstrated experience in building, nurturing, and scaling strategic partnerships.
- Expertise in negotiating program terms that deliver mutual value for both partners and the business, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to tailor messages to diverse audiences across industries and verticals.
- A passion for continuous learning, staying up to date with the latest trends in marketing and technology.
For those applicants in the NYC area, the base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000. On target earnings included uncapped commission, bringing OTE to around $240,000-$270,000. The salary offered will be based on experience, role, and location.
