About this roleWe are looking for an exceptional Senior Director of Sales to join our office in New York. And we're not stopping there!What you'll do: Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's revenue goals and market expansion plans.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize sales performance, increase revenue, and grow market share.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, including regional sales managers and individual contributors.
  • Provide support and guidance to Account Executives by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings or leveraging other internal resources
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis and use that data to set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and quotas
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing, solutions engineering, customer success, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment
Sales Process Optimization
  • Drive the continuous improvement of the sales process, from lead generation through to closing. Implement best practices, sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC), and technologies to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
What you bring:
  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading successful sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (preferably in SaaS or technology sectors).
  • 5+yrs experience in new business sales (combination of selling into and leading is okay)
  • Experience breaking into new industries and creating repeatable playbooks of success
  • Proven Track record of recruiting, retaining and inspiring top talent
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing scale-up environment.
