What's it going to take to score an interview?

• You exude boss energy: We are looking for someone with 2+ years of Director / Senior Director-level work experience.
• CPG /omnichannel retail is your jam: CPG brand or Omnichannel Retail experience from big box superstores (Walmart, Target, etc.) is highly preferred.
• You're schooled: MBA is a big plus.
• You live in/around Atlanta or NYC: Hybrid role, you'll commute to the office 3 days/week.
• You've led a sizable team (10+): You've managed managers who are overseeing analysts and/or managers who are overseeing ICs within a data organization.
• Proven experience driving sales Analytics at a CPG or CPG-adjacent Brand: Think Coke, Pepsi, or P&G, Unilever.
• Stakeholder management is one of your Superpowers: You're highly adept at operating effectively and managing up in a complex organization.
